In case of any limitations, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

All prices listed on the website are final at the time of placing the order.

Orders must be prepaid unless a Cash on Delivery (COD) option is explicitly available.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability will not be eligible for a refund.

Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled during events such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.

It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address.

 

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once the product has been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.

 

7. Complaints & Support

Any complaints regarding the product or service must be reported within 4 hours of delivery.

We strive to resolve all complaints within 12 working hours.

Yes! We offer same-day delivery across all major cities in India. Place your order before 2 PM for same-day delivery. Midnight delivery is also available for those special surprise moments.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. EMI options are available for orders above Rs. 5,000. Cash on delivery is available in select pin codes.

We only offer return in general, we suggest check the product during delivery and if you found the product damaged do not receive the product. During delivery ig you found product damaged or not delivered. Simply share a video of the damaged product within 1 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method.
