Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of cakes and related products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • If the product is incorrect (wrong item/flavor/variant), or if the cake is damaged/spoiled upon arrival, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and share clear photo/video proof.

 

Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation (Before Preparation)

Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery.

Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible if preparation has started.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

Submit photo/video proof within 2 hours. Upon verification, we may issue a replacement or refund.

3. Non-delivery & Failed Delivery

Non-delivery due to our error: A full refund will be provided.

Failed Delivery due to Customer Unavailability: No refund will be given as products are perishable.

 

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll be required to share your account details.

We only offer return in general, we suggest check the product during delivery and if you found the product damaged do not receive the product. During delivery ig you found product damaged or not delivered. Simply share a video of the damaged product within 1 hours of delivery.
